This master’s thesis deals with the overall sanitary and gas pipeline installation in a supermarket. The theoretical part deals with equipment and requirements for large kitchens with regard to the food preparation in this building. The computing and design part deals with the sewerage, water supply and gas distribution in the supermarket. The property counts over six thousand square meters and is partly two-storeyed. There are also several smaller sales units in addition to the sales areas, facility for staff and warehouses. The diploma thesis is based on current Czech and European regulations.

This bachelor thesis is written according to Czech and European regulations.

Multi-objective condition assessment of selected parts of water distribution systems

The topic of the thesis is multi objective condition assessment of water supply systems. The state of the art of condition assessment of water supply systems and the state of the art of multi objective optimization methods are presented within the thesis. Based on these recherches, the uniform methodology of condition assessment of water supply systems and its 7 modules was designed. The thesis deals with the selected modules to condition assessment of water pumping stations, water networks and pipe sections. The output of the methodology is the assignment of a category of the technical condition to the rated object. The proposed methodology was tested on real water facilities and proves the ability of a fair presentation of the technical condition of the object.

Project part solves sanitation installations and gas installation on the factory floor in the selected variant of the object. This is a large hall with an administrative part.

The price of water in selected municipalities of the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis deals with the problems related to operation of water supply and sewerage systems in the Czech Republic. The view is focused on the calculation of the water price for the customer because of large scope of the topic. The diploma thesis also describes the technical development of water management infrastructure, ways of operation of water supply and sewerage systems and the development of water and sewer rate price. The main aim of the thesis is to describe the specific situation in the selected village and the voluntary association of municipalities. It is focused to calculating water and sewer rate price. For a good overview in the prices of water and sewer rate in the Czech Republic, the prices in the selected municipality and the voluntary association of municipalities are compared with prices in the Czech Republic, in general.

Plumbing Systems of the Multifunctional Building

The plumbing systems of the multifunctional building are solved in this bachelor‘s thesis. Dimension and pipe materials of the sewage system and water supply are designed in the building. The central water heating is solved by hot-water tank in the technical room. The water heating of kitchen sinks is solved by flow-heaters. The property connections are designed as well. Roof rain water is lead by rainwater downpipes on building facade. Car park rain water is lead by spill control oil – water separator. Roof rain water and car pak rain water are lead to the rainwater storage tank with regulated drain. The desing of the plumbing systems is made with usege of the appropriate technical standards.
